• All catalogue prices include a 1 color, single pole imprint.
• Each additional color add $1.25 (G) per dozen.
• One FREE plate at 12 dozen
• Two FREE plates at 24 dozen
• Plate charges below 24 dozen (excluding features), or additional plates $62.50 (G)
• Image with the most colors will be considered first pole.
Second Pole:
• Plates HALF PRICE $31.25(G) per color. (Second pole only)
• Second pole printing charges are $2.50 (G) per dozen.
• Each additional color, add $1.25 (G) per color per dozen.
Minimum Orders:
1-2 colors 12 dozen
3-4 colors 48 dozen
Below minimum charge of $62.50 (G) per color.

Production Time
• PRODUCTION TIME IS 10 WORKING DAYS FROM ARTWORK APPROVAL
• Cure time for golf balls is 5 days
Terms
• For new clients, payment is required on first order prior to shipping. After account applications are approved net 30 days terms
• Orders of $3,000 (before taxes) require 25% down with order confirmation
• Orders may not be processed if accounts are in arrears
• All prices are subject to change without notice
Shipping
• All in house orders are FOB Winnipeg, MB
• Customer may request shipping insurance at their expense
• Novelty Printers uses UPS as their preferred shipper
• Customer assumes all responsibility for orders after they leave our warehouse
Artwork
• Maximum logo size varies depending on logo dimensions.
(Keep in mind this art will be going on a golf ball)
-If you would like the largest possible, mark Max Size on your order, as we will go to the maximum before distortion.
-Sizing Guide Lines:Logo can fit with-in a 0.8 inch diameter circle.
• Camera ready artwork to be supplied by the customer
• Adobe Illustrator (.AI OR .EPS) or CorelDraw version 8 or earlier (.CDR) are acceptable file formats
• Please ensure that all text has been converted to curves / outlines
• Live vector files are required.
• Artwork that needs to be created / re-worked will be charged a minimum of $62.50(G), any charges beyond this will be discussed with customer

Colour Matching
• Please provide Pantone number with purchase order
• Customer assumes responsibility for correct pantone number
• Clear covered golf balls can only be imprinted in black
Art Approval
• Proofs will be faxed or emailed for approval before production
• 1 free proof, all additional proofs will be charged $12.50 (G)
• If any changes occur after art has been approved a charge of $31.25(G) will be added
• Customer assumes responsibility for correctness of imprint
Rush Charges
• Add $2.50(G) per dozen golf balls/ $3.13(G) per 15 ball pack (Providing inventory availability)

• 3-6 color requires a minimum of 24 dozen
